The Support Tab allows you to submit requests for new features and feature enhancements, report bugs, view video tutorials and other resources to help you become more familiar with your DigitalClone product.
Submit a Request
This features allows use to create open dialogue with our valued customers. It allows us to track requests and prioritize what work needs to be done next.
Step 1: Once the DigitalClone Help Center has fully loaded you will see a "Submit Request" button in the top right corner of the screen. By clicking that link you will navigate to the request form.
Step 2: The Submit a Request form will require you to provide an email address, subject and description. Please provide as many details as possible and if we have any follow-up questions we will follow-up as soon as possible.
NOTE: When reporting a bug, please upload a screen shot of what you are seeing and provide your browser and browser version within the description.
