To improve clarity, Remaining Useful Life, Health and Failure Terminology has been changed to MTOD (Mean Time to Observable Damage). The goal is to align more accurately with actions taken in the field.
Color Level Adjustment
To correspond with the terminology change, logic has been adjusted to refine how information is being displayed. A RED color will display at 0 MTOD, a ORANGE color will display with a <12 month MTOD, a YELLOW color will display at a MTOD range between 13mos to 60mos, and lastly, a GREEN color will display for and MTOD value greater then 61 months.
Boroscope Damage Logic
Logic has been created to take into account boroscope inspections and applying Damage Classes to have that effect the lifing model and MTOD values.
ROI Financial Inputs at Site Level
As an enhancement to the ROI (Return on Investment) feature there has been an enhancement on the number of financial input fields and they are associated to specific sites.
User Input Boroscope Damage Class
To take advantage of the recent Damage Class logic we will be introducing input fields that will allow inputs from the user side so that they can report their field finding into DigitalClone and allow the software to report the most accurate MTOD value.
Life Extension Report
Life Extension Report will be introduced at the Fleet, Regional and Site Level that provide the best Return on Investment (ROI) option for that particular asset.
User Ability to change the BOM (Bill of Materials)
This will allow users to update and track updates done to the BOM. By making this update the user will trigger the model to re-run and will provide them with the most accurate prognostic model available.
